Overview
We approached Assembly 88 and asked them if they were in need of any more Advertisement or Promotion for their brand! Santo Napoli said, we are currently doing a Summer Clearance Sale ! I informed him that we are doing a One day Multi-Advertiser campaign for Blues, Brews, & Barbecue. We told him we can help raise awareness of your Summer Clearance , and direct traffic your store and relay any other promotions that the store has.
To help Assembly 88 raise awareness about this Summer Clearance Save Up To 50% initiative at the Blues , Blue & Barbecue Festival. We utilized our "New Sleek Unique Video/ Led Backpack Billboard model Advertisement! The Backpack Billboard allowed Assembly 88 to have a walking advertisement throughout the blocks of Blues, Brews, & Barbecue Festival. We also greeted the festivals attendees and passed out flyers while wearing Video/Led Backpack Billboard Model!
Goal
To help Assembly 88 raise awareness about their Summer Clearance Save Up To 50% Sale and encourage festival attendees to enter the store and take advantage of an additional 10% off Clearance sale items.

I was important that our team be able to move freely throughout the festival as we promoted out client's sale!

We successfully passed out 200 flyers promoting Assembly 88's Summer Clearance Save Up To 50% Sale!
There were approximately 10,000 in attendance at Blues, Brews & Barbecue Festival
We moved freely throughout the blocks of the venue with our Video/Led Backpack Billboard model.
Our Clients Dynamic QR code got 60 unique user scans throughout the duration of the 5hr campaign
