Frutta Bowls : 2021 Blues, Brews & Barbeque Festival

Overview
We met with Frutta bowls Co-owner Smantha Filipe. She explained her frustration and pain by getting their brand out in the marketplace at the festival by, listening to her needs and introduced to her our Video/Led Walking Backpack Billboard Model. We went over the specs of the unit. We recommended this Shared Advertising Opportunity for this Festival.

This included Shared equal advertisement space between Six advertisers, Free QR Code for 1st time Advertisers and 10 sec digital ad with QR code will run 300 times in 5 hrs and collateral will be passed out to the Festivals Attendees.
 
Goal
To increase foot traffic into Frutta bowls brick and mortar location by getting their brand in front of the Festivals Attendees and increase their bottom line with Advertising and vigorless flyer distribution .

To get people to scan their QR codes on the Digital ad and by passing out their menus!

Increase traffic to Frutta Bowls Google My Business Page through QR code scans

Campaign Route Walking the blocks of Hamilton St. between ( 9th St -5th St)

Engage with Festivals Attendees , encourage them to watch the digital ad and scan the QR CODE on the static advertisement

Inform the attendees, that my client is located in the Arts Walk , and I answered any questions in relation to the menu items and specials that my client was offering. In addition to that I assisted potential clients in successful learning how to scan the QR codes on the flyers and static posters!
 
Results
Created an overall awareness and visibility for Conscious Beautiful Mini Spa at the 2021 Blues, Brews, and Barbecue Outdoor Music Festival , Allentown, Pa. 20,000 people in Attendance.

65 Frutta Bowls menus passed out at the Festival. Foot Traffic increased during their hours of operation by 20%
40 QR code scans between the scanning of the digital ad on the screen and the static poster QR CODE. Digital Ad ran 300 times within 5hrs and was seen by thousands of people. Traffic increased 30% to Google My Business Page source ( From Frutta Bowls Co- Owner , Samantha Filipe ) . My Client was very please with our work and thanked us!
