Vee Major the CEO of BIG DOUGH ENTERTAINMENT reached out to us to work with him for the second time to market and promote one of his events, This time he said, I got Fat Joe ! He said, I want you guys to market this show just like you did the past FAT JOE show that you took place at Club Liquid 2003! Then me, Jermaine Warren Owner- Operator of APAM said, how did you know that we promoted that show. Vee then said, I make it my business to research and study who is behind the marketing and promotions of these successful shows in this marketplace! I said, I see ! We would love to work with you again, lets go!

To help raise awareness of BIG DOUGH ENTERTAINMENT'S FAT JOE show. We utilized our relationships throughout the immediate marketplace A.B.E. area Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Pa and outside of the region...Reading , Pa We closely monitored our Promotional itinerary every week, so BIG DOUGH ENTERTAINMENT'S FAT JOE show. show constant visualization in all the marketplaces that we were contracted to cover in this campaign !
 
Goal
To help raise awareness of BIG DOUGH ENTERTAINMENT'S FAT JOE show and keep a constant visualization in all the marketplaces that we were contracted to cover in this campaign , and push advanced tickets..at all the locations in the A.B.E. marketplace

Our team passed out flyers to the Targeted Audience, hyping up the show and directing them to the ticket outlets!
It was important that we saturated the marketplace with flyers and posters to keep the show on top of people's minds!

Results
We successfully passed out 5000 flyers and posted 500 posters between the market city Allentown, Pa , Bethlehem & Easton , Pa and Reading, Pa!
There was approximately 1000 people in attendance at the show!

We also were successfully in arranging and coordinating a telephone interview with FAT JOE and Andrew McIntosh who's a Freelance writer for The Morning Call. Andrew McIntosh them took the phone interview and made it a feature article in the Arts and Entertainment section in the newspaper which he discussed his longevity in this Rap Game and his current hit single " I Won't Tell featuring J. Holiday and his upcoming album and his upcoming performance at Croc Rock and his love affair with Allentown, Pa!

This Fat Joe featured article pushed the advanced ticket sales at New York Urban from 200 to 500 tickets sold !
